These
pictures are of my installation of the bushings in the bolt mounting
holes for the vertical Stabilizer. |

These
are the bushings that I ordered from Aircraft Spruce to insert through
the spar for the bolt through holes. |

The bushing next
to properly reamed hole so that bushing has a snug fit. I first
undersized drilled the hole and then used a reamer to increase it
slightly for the bushing. |

Here is the bushing
installed in the hole through the internal spar. |

The Last step, I epoxied
some stainless washers to the outside of the skin and to the bushing
to add some additional surface area for the fasteners. |
